Urgent Needs

For severe injuries or needs requiring immediate medical attention, please go directly to the Emergency Department.

Non-Urgent Needs

If the clinics are unavailable, you may be seen in the Fast Track (minor emergency care, located within the WNH ER).

Fast Track Hours:

Monday – Saturday: 11:30am - 9:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm - 7:30pm

Please note: When presenting to the ER/Fast Track, all patients will receive a medical screening. The nurse/paramedic will determine the appropriate level of care based on factors such as the nature and severity of your symptoms, vital signs, and your medical history.
