An Atmosphere of Support

I first came to William Newton Hospital simply because I needed a job. I started in laundry, but eventually transferred to sterile processing, where I’ve been for more than 20 years. What I enjoy most about working at WNH is the atmosphere — we’re family-friendly with great people on our team. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is knowing we make surgeries safe for each patient every time.

The community around WNH is amazing. You can raise a family here. It’s safe, and the cost of living is better than that in Wichita. I have great relationships with my co-workers here too; we really are like a family! I believe WNH gives great support to all staff members. We take care of our own, and you just can’t get this level of care anywhere else.
