Employee of the Quarter
Our Employee of the Quarter award recognizes an exceptional employee who exemplifies the WNH Circle of Care Standards of Performance and our core values (integrity, patient-centered care, accountability, compassion, and excellence) in everything they do. These employees are respected at all levels and display a cooperative and supportive attitude while actively contributing to the hospital's mission to provide the best healthcare and community service possible.
When will it be awarded?
Once a quarter. Nominations will be accepted on an ongoing basis. The Employee of the Quarter will be announced in the Exchange newsletter.
Who can be nominated?
Any William Newton Hospital or Clinic full-time or part-time employee (excludes PRN and contract staff).
Who nominates?
Employees are nominated by their peers
What does the Employee of the Quarter receive?
- A signed certificate of acknowledgement
- Designated parking until the following quarter
- $250 check
- Photo on Employee of the Quarter wall of fame
- Recognition on William Newton Hospital social media

Bradley joined the WNH Emergency Room team as an RN/Paramedic in March 2023, and truly embodies our core values, exemplifying integrity, patient-centered care, accountability, compassion, and excellence each and every day.
He exemplifies high-quality healthcare through his dedication, expertise, and compassionate approach to patient care. His unwavering integrity shines as he consistently goes above and beyond to support team members across every hospital department. With a gentle, calming spirit, Brad delivers patient-centered care that puts patients at ease during vulnerable moments, while his genuine compassion drives him to provide the best care for our community. Brad also demonstrates a continuous pursuit of accountability and excellence by proactively seeking out opportunities to expand his skill set as both a nurse and paramedic.
