Notice to Patients: LabCorp Statements

It has been brought to our attention that some patients are receiving incorrect bills from LabCorp for laboratory services received at William Newton Hospital (WNH) and its clinics.
If you have received a bill from LabCorp for laboratory services you received on or after November 1, 2023 at WNH, please notify us immediately.
You may call the hospital’s main line any time of day at 620-221-2300.
This will allow us to verify if your statement is correct, document any incorrect billing, and assist in resolving the potential LabCorp error.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to notify us. WNH is working with LabCorp to resolve the issue.
