Employee of the Quarter

Four times each year William Newton Hospital recognizes an exceptional employee who has been nominated by peers for Employee of the Quarter. These employees are respected at all levels and display a cooperative and supportive attitude while actively contributing to the hosptial's mission to provide the best healthcare and community service possible. The employee below will be honored with a plaque, special parking place, $100 check, lunch with the Board of Trustees, photo on our Employee of the Quarter wall of fame, and recognition on William Newton Hospital social media. We are extremely fortunate to have people like this in our organization (see recipients below).

Wes Turner

Wes Turner, PA
2nd Quarter 2018

Wes Turner has been chosen as Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2018. Wes started his career with WNH in September 2015 and is a Physician Assistant in our Cedar Vale Rural Health Clinic.

Wes was nominated by his peers, an exerpt from his nomination show why: “Wes should be recognized for his excellent dedication and care to each of his patients. He has a great work ethic and attitude. He demonstrates professionalism, positivity and standard care practices. Wes goes above and beyond to provide patients excellent care and compassion.

Wes is a great co-worker and motivates the staff to perform their best. He is such a dependable employee. Wes showed up for work 4 days after having Achilles surgery and saw patients through the pain and tight quarters of being on a scooter for 2 months. The Cedar Vale Clinic and community are fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable and caring to provide medical services to us and our loved ones.” WNH couldn’t agree more!
